Brief History

WBC was established in 2002 in Jakarta, which intended to be trusted business adviser that providing high quality integrated solutions to help clients achieve their goals. We provide our professional expertise and in-depth knowledge accounting, taxation and corporate action transactions. We also provide professional education services in technical and human development. Currently we have clients from various industries and several multinational companies.


Since 2012, WBC joined to be member of The Leading Edge Alliance (LEA). LEA is an international professional association of independently owned accounting and consulting firms. with headquarter located in Illinois – United States of America. Established in 1999, The LEA has more than 200 member firms worldwide with more than 100 countries represented in the association. This network will give solution for complex problem and needs of client, that gives efficient cost to client in professional service rendering. Our network commits to sharing knowledge and paradigm.


In the beginning of 2013 WBC established the Korean Desk which dedicated to serve and work together with Korean companies operating in Indonesia. WBC is the first accounting consultant (non-big 4 audit firms) to have a dedicated Korean CPA as Technical Advisors which enables us to communicate in Korean language. For Korean Desk, we are supported by Yeil Accounting Corp., an accounting firm which has high reputable firm in Korea.


In 2014, WBC was accepted as member of Dezan Shira & Associates (DSA), a specialist foreign direct investment practice with a pan-Asian presence. Since its establishment in 1992, DSA has grown into one of Asia’s most versatile full-service consultancies with operational offices across China, Hong Kong, India, Singapore and Vietnam. DSA alliance member-firms in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines and Thailand. DSA has liaison offices in the United States, Italy and Germany. DSA is one of the very few firms able to provide a spread of local, Asian and global expertise.
